Central Glass & Windows stoke-on-trent

I'm afraid really shabby service. We wanted to use them, we even had windows measured up, and was happy with the price, but contact with them was tortuous, with emails not responded to and endless phone calls where they *promised* to call back but without response. In the end I telephoned to find out why we weren't getting anywhere to be told "if I were you mate, if go elsewhere" by a member of staff. This after wasting 4 months. I guess I should be glad I didn't hand over money, but I wouldn't waste your time.

Have Dealt with Gareth at Central glass for a while now. They have done some domestic jobs for us, the service and work is always first class, which is particularly impressive considering all the huge commercial customers they have. Big or small nothing is too much trouble! Highly recommended....
