I feel like I am treated with respect and courtesy when I attend my weekly gym program for Physio (Keith). The reception team are polite and very personal and provide a very warm welcome (Alice is tops!). I really feel I am making slow but steady progress towards my wellbeing goals and I can tell that the crew here share the same passion as me.
