Had a lovely experience with my friend for her birthday. It was the perfect thing to do on a Saturday afternoon/evening. My favourite was the essential oil infused sauna!

My wife and I had a memorable time here today and left feeling truly relaxed. It was great being able to choose how we spent our time…sauna, steam room, plunge pool or spa. The only thing that would’ve made our visit 5 out of 5 was the spa jets only seemed to work on two seats at a time. This aside, an amazing 2 hours here.

I booked Cenote Casa because they claim to have a hydrotherapy spa pool. Their spa pool is NOT hydrotherapy, it's old, dirty & half the jets don't work. The place is very small, I was there & 5 others were too, there was no space as the two people in the spa took up the entire spa. It should have a limit of less people as even the saunas were absolutely tiny, basically nothing fits more than two (unless you love sitting on top of strangers lol) I would like to mention that the staff were very nice, however my partner and I could not get out of there fast enough, a spa is palace to relax , not to be squeezed on-top of each other in such a personal experience.
