Disgusting service in here. Went in for a trim to be told only 2 people in front of me and my mum so we were happy to wait up until another 5 people walked in after us and got seen to immediately to have their hair done, most of the staff sit there chatting to each other completely ignoring the fact that there is people waiting, gave up waiting in the end and went to Cutting Edge up the road and had a much better service in there. Will never ever step foot into here again, the staff are all ignorant and rude.

Took an incredibly long time. I come here often and it takes at most 3 hours, but when I takes almost 7 hours I don't think that's good service personally.... I am aware that it got busy but there is no real excuse for it!

A bit busy but staffs are very welcoming. I find the place budget friendly as well.

Called in here today on the spur of the moment for some highlights. My stylist was Anna. Friendly,helpful & was really impressed with the result. Thank you Anna.Highly recommend & great value for money. I will be back!

Got highlights and a cut done here and it was incredible. Staff very friendly, and a bonus massaging chair. I felt so relaxed the entire time! Well worth the price and would 100% recommend!

Very busy but always make time to fit everyone in. At times the hairdressers seem curt but in fact they're very busy and doing their best to fit everyone in and do a good job! I go each week and find them all very pleasant and professional and the place is kept clean! Ive seen them do wedding hair,extensions and coloring and all looked really good!

This was my first time getting a full head of highlights and cut in this salon (Brighton) and I am in love with the result! Thank you Esteban for this beautiful work! He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning!

I Booked in. Was told to come back in 20 mins, came back, was told would be 20 mins more, waited another 45. Was then told it would be any time when some one finished, no apology, rude staff, no hygiene whatsoever. Avoid like the plague. Would rather pay double, whilst waiting all that time observed unprofessional conduct in colour, cut and blow dry, glad I never got to use them. You get what u pay for and here U get poor shoddy treatment - my advice is so not use this establishment !
