The best decision I've ever made! Everyone is really friendly, the workouts are extremely varied and great fun but are sure to get your sweat on! Everything is scalable and the coaches are really supportive and helpful :) I've only recently joined but can already see the changes in my body and mindset - thank you for introducing me to the world of crossfit, I couldn't have hoped for a better box!

5/ 5

I have been training here for nearly a year and it's incredible. I've never finished a session feeling that I didn't work as hard as I possibly could, which is down to the support of the coaches and the wonderful community of people who train here. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely skilled at pushing you to improve yourself! If you want to improve your fitness, strength and flexibility, whatever your starting level, I thoroughly recommend coming and giving crossfit a go!
