Really, really great. Hurt my neck from moving house and lifting way too many heavy objects - couldn't turn my head or look down. Spent an hour on the table with Noemi, while she put me through a seriously intense yet therapeutic massage. The next day, i was sore, but in an exercise-way, not a painful way. And 18 hours later, i have full mobility back in my neck, and my whole shoulder/back feels significantly looser. She’s really, really great (an an excellent price-point too).

Hands down the best massage/muscle recovery I've ever received. I'm don't practice the best posture when I cycle or when I'm at work and using my computer so I get a lot of neck and upper back pain. Noemi was very thorough and spent a lot of time breaking up the knots. I haven't regained "normal" feeling in my upper back for years and highly recommend Noemi for all of your sports recovery needs!

One of my first massages in a long time... I work at a computer all day and my back had been so tight..... I had a remedial massage with Noemi and it was the best massage.... She was very in tune with where I was more tense and how to help me. 100% recommend coming to CBD Health Plus!!!
