Had haircut today with Ania and ever so pleased with my new bob style. Professional service and friendly approach. Highly recommend to use Ania services.

Best place for manicure, pedicure, waxing, eyebrows. I have been using this salon for long time. Staff are consistent and always fit me in last min. Highly recommend Maya. And all the other staff as good.

AWFUL experience won't go back there again for facial. Dirty room. Their clock is not even working. Their tools are lying around the sink. The lady who did my facial don't think she is qualified. She did not even pre cleanse my face she went straight on to exfoliating my face including my eye and my mouth. Which ended up stinging my eyes. VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THEIR SERVICE.

Awful experience. Paid £18 for acrylics that looked like they needed infills. Very unprofessional staff. Nails were shaped funny / lumpy and 3 snapped the next day. Nail artist applied a thick layer of varnish so wouldn’t dry, then dented it and acted as if she didn’t realise. Really not worth the money, regret going there and would highly no recommend!

Since 15 years I’m going to krystal beauty clinic, it use to call Catwalk. They never disappoint me. The lady’s are so welcoming. In every beauty shop you would have your favourite and mines is laxmi. It’s like a men when he goes to a barbershop, he never change the person who does him his shape up. This is the same for me. And Normally i don’t trust my face with no one coz I have sensitive skin, but with laxmi I feel so comfortable and she really looks after me and of course my skin as well. Normally when you go to a beauty clinic you tell what you want and how you want but with laxmi i don’t need to tell her coz she really knows how I wanted and what suits on my face and skin. Even normally you check your eyebrows after it’s been done but I don’t need it because i trust her with everything. Other beauty clinic they will sell you the dreams even though they don’t know your skin type, they only want to get paid and rush you to go, that’s it. And after you get home you will not be happy but laxmi doesn’t care about the money coz this is her passion and she loves what she does and she will give you an honest opinion. How many times she stop me and told me don’t do it you have sensitive skin and she finds always other way to make me happy. My friends and strangers on the street ask me always where I do my facial and eyebrows etc. I always recommend them to krystal beauty clinic. Thank you laxmi for always make me happy. Please and please tell your family & friends and even strangers to go to KRYSTAL BEAUTY CLINIC ‼️

I have been using Krystal Beauty clinic for almost 15 years if not more, when it used to be called Catwalk. Honestly these ladies are so lovely and so friendly. I will not go to anyone else. I highly recommend them. Clean, friendly and their work is done to the highest standard. Thank you all x

I have used this business for roughly 12 years now. It was previously known as Catwalk. They are all professional and friendly. But you know in every business establishment especially beauty shops you would have your favourite staff members and that would be Lakshmi and Sonal. I even introduce my daughter there when she had turned 16years old and that was 5 years ago and now my best friend to get her eyebrows microbladed. Can't recommend this shop enough.
