Took time out of their day to fix up a gold necklace of mine, free of charge. Very kind and know their stuff. Big high street jewellers would've tried to get as much money out of me as possible if I'd taken the necklace to them.

I was given my grandma's necklace that she wore everyday after she passed, and the clasp was broken.

I was given my grandma's necklace that she wore everyday after she passed, and the clasp was broken. I came in with it and Jason looked it over, quickly fixed it and gave the clasp to me for free which really made my day and made the necklace that extra bit special. So thank you so much for the excellent service and offering such kindness in such a hard times
