I bought a car from Catalina in September and the whole process was just wonderful. I was very nervous about getting a car because I had just had a very bad experience with another dealership which resulted in a 3 month battle to get my money back and a returned vehicle but Tom at Catalina was an absolute diamond. I had a couple of test drives and was assured that any faults that arose would be dealt with and sure enough when the window button stopped working Catalina sorted it without hesitation. I've had the car for 3 months now and I absolutely love it. The while team are brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone

My son bought a car during lockdown everything went smoothly the car was delivered to him and everything seemed fine couldn't fault the service, he was given 3 months warranty and low and behold as soon as his warranty ran out he has had nothing but problems the car has cost him an absolute fortune, its had to have wheel arms, engine mountains, shock absorbers, timing chain it had an oil leak from the start, and it is literally not drivable at the moment . the cost of the car was £4000 with interest over £7000 that he is paying finance for and cant drive it now and as spent a fortune on. All i would say to people is get the car checked over by a independent mechanic before driving it away.

This couldn't have been easier - I found the Focus online and txt first thing to book a viewing. On arrival I was given keys to check out the cars I was interested in, and given honest report on the status of each vehicle. I was really happy to be able to buy and drive away within an hour! Great team, great service, great car!
