Booked Castle Removals to move a piano 50 miles to Edinburgh. Very professional and quick. The piano was securely strapped to a frame in the van and they used a piano trolley and all the equipment you need to avoid damage in transit. The driver kept me updated re arrival time so I had to spend very little time waiting in for the delivery. The men made sure I was happy with the exact position of the piano before leaving. Very pleased and would recommend.

The service was impeccable, the owner replies instantly to e-mails, and the price is the cheapest one you can find (10-50% cheaper than other 3 companies I asked). They also let me ride with them from the storage facility to my apartment, something that some of the other companies declined. There is nothing more you can ask for. I already used their services twice.

Absolutely brilliant service! The removals men arrived on time and were polite and extremely quickly, getting everything into the van at light speed. A great part of the service was that they even took everything directly from our old flat - we didn’t have to move anything out to the pavement, which was such a help. They were clearly experienced and knowledgeable, perfectly packing the van and giving us great advice on donating unwanted items in the place we were moving to. Again, the van arrived at our new place without a hitch. Everything was moved into the property with the same care and diligence as it was when packed up - the removals men made us feel like it was no trouble at all, including taking things where we needed them in the flat. Finally, the price was excellent, and we were very happy with the customer service both before and after the move. Honestly, we couldn’t have been more delighted or impressed with Castle Removals. We will absolutely use them again!

Castle removals were recommended by a friend and they did an incredible job of helping take the stress out of moving flats in Edinburgh. Communication throughout the entire process was great. Reassuring and always quick to respond with any queries which is always a good sign. The guys on the day of the move were amazing, a brilliant bunch who were super professional but also with a sense of humour that was much appreciated. Exceptional service and the best price - I would highly recommend Castle Removals. For a long distance move they took excellent care of our piano, did all the packing (using reusable covers) and delivered exactly on time in perfect condition. Will definitely be using again!

The guys were great. Friendly, efficient, and careful with my stuff. The gaffer on the job was excellent at communicating throughout which meant I was confident that everything was in hand. The company were also flexible about a change of date and other details. And they were always very quick in getting back to me when I had questions. Definitely recommend.

We used Castle to move on 10th December and our experience from enquiring to the day was excellent. Peter was brilliant at communicating with quick replies to my emails. He came to the flat we were moving from to provide an estimate based on how much we had to move and the quote was by far the best.
