I purchased a Lebara top up which didn't work. I returned to the shop and asked sellers to activate it on my phone but they failed. Manager told that he doesn't understand anything. In the end, they offered me to buy a new SIM card though mine works perfectly well. This shop sells awful/fake products - avoid it if you can!
