Having just spent time at this wonderful hospital having a heart bypass on wards 26-27 I must say the staff from cleaners to surgeons were first class you could not get better treatment privately Thank you all . Colin Wills

I just have to say my mother was on ward 28 cmu and the care given was brilliant they are amazing staff always answered the phone to keep you informed nothing was to much for them excellent nurses and doctors thank you so much

I find it unbelievable that a consultant can't perform a cystoscopy and yet a nurse called melanie who had only been doing them a year managed to do it. She had difficulty but she persevered and got there in the end instead of giving up after a couple of minutes. Trying to blame the patient is also wrong as I'm always tense and yet all the other contestants managed to do it. Cost me taxi money as well. Asking me how much botox I had injected last time as well, saying sometimes the patients know. He should know as he should have looked at my medical records, that's his job. I personally feel he needs to retrain. Now I have to wait longer for the treatment I desperately need. He also suggested a GA which is a risk to my life. I don't react well to general anesthesia. Not sure of his surname but it begins with an m.

Clean ,an pleasant hospital,,different illnesses treated Cancer unit,is very comfortable, the wards are very roomy,friendly staff,,well organised,,totally none smoking even in the grounds,, finding parking can be difficult,,so go in plenty of time for appointments,,

Fantastic in every aspect. Nothing much more to say other than if Castle Hill can be so good, why is Scunthorpe so dire? Recently been to Spires for op and even they don’t get anywhere near the level of service provided by Castle Hill. Thank you to all the staff there

Have had to visit this hospital numerous times this year. At every visit the nurses, staff surgeons are outstanding. They quietly and efficiently get on with their job. Had to have an operation on my hand very recently. The care I received was above and beyond anything I've experienced in any hospital, from pre assessment to surgery and aftercare. All this with covid still raging around. Words cannot express how grateful I am to everyone at this hospital 🙌

Had a procedure at Castle Hill endoscopy unit on Tuesday 28 September. The receptionist, nurses and surgeon were all friendly, professional, respectful and just nice. Well done all

Plenty of carparks but you do need correct change because there are no card readers. My partner didn't have to wait long for his appointment and was impressed with the consultant he saw.

I had a mole removed in the plastic surgery depth by a very professional young lady called Natalie and her great team all went well and I'm on the way to full recovery thank you again for all the great care I received.
