I love this shop and the owner is lovely but the fitter guy I’ve had today and not so long ago for my bedroom. He’s not great. Bedroom carpet has got bumps all over it and the hall just fitted today is lumpy and bumpy as well. It’s like they’re both not fitted properly ... tight and snug!! Instead loose and gappy!! Used this shop loads and always recommend to people but honestly the finishing is awful. Makes me sad

Where do I start .. the service from start to finish was amazing even with the few hiccups. 1. Carpet wasn’t what we expected 2. The carpet that was down started to come up In one of the rooms Patrick done and amazing job at addressing the issues .. he recognised straight away something wasn’t right.. reassured us that it will get sorted and few weeks later we had the correct carpet in and the fitters done and amazing job of refitting, 2.5 months later and it’s still in amazing condition 110percent recommend cash carpets for your carpets. Thanks

Service from the very start was outstanding called Mike and he couldn’t have been any more helpful going through his website with me and helping me pick my carpets and vinyl at an unbelievable price then had the two guys out today both brand new and done outstanding job and chatted away to me while doing the job was gutted when they were leaving both soundest guys out. 5 stars wouldn’t recommend anywhere else

Great service from start to finish ,Patrick was very helpful even when I needed to change fitting day ,wasn't a problem. Robert uplifted and fitted carpet in jig time and done a great job ,also helped me moving bits and pieces which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely do so .Thanks guys
