Second time in a fortnight traveled to Salisbury in order to visit this shop. On both occasions, the assistants were too busy chatting and sorting out tickets for items. I had hoped to purchase a couple to table lamps which I had seen on my previous visit, they were unusual. Sadly I felt the assistants were lacking in customer service, I had definitely wasted my trip to Salisbury. I feel the assistants would do best to revamp their customer service skills. Sadly, I am unable to recommend this store and shall not be returning.

Visited the store just before lockdown & saw a lamp that took my eye, unfortunately it wasn’t convenient to purchase it then, so contacted Susi at Casa Fina and have since purchased it online. The speed & service from Susi has been fantastic can’t wait until I’m able to return to Salisbury to visit the store for a bit more retail therapy!

A very nice shop with the loveliest staff. My mother even had a German birthday serenade sung for her, now that's customer service! Bought some christmas decoration there, which is of truly high quality. Certainly worth a visit.
