Thanks to Sam in the repairs admin team for swift ordering of a spare part for my Bosch washing machine (much more helpful than Bosch were themselves) and to Steve who came to fit it. Delighted with the service from Carters!

I have bought previously and had impeccable customer service. Today i went to ask about a hob and the answer was abrupt and definite, they are no white hobs!!! I have seen at least half a dozen makes of white ceramic/induction hobs on the internet. I shall order from someone else.

Very helpful staff. Most polite. I would recommend this firm. My oven finally needed replacing after many years so I was wary of what was now available. I tried a couple of places before Carters but decided to buy here as they seemed to know their products and their prices were also good. The delivery crew managed to complete everything without fuss.

I have purchased many items from Carters Brighton but have now started to purchase online as the service when anything goes wrong is appauling and you always get a better price and better service online. Other than suppoirting a local business it is difficult to for me to justfy the cost of using Carters as they are exspensive and the service when anything goes wrong is appauling. Better of purchase on line.

What a relief to find a store that offers great service to their customers. My cooker broke down on Monday yet by Tuesday evening Carters had supplied a replacement and at a more competitive price than others. No Fuss or drama. Will definitely return.

The site said the item was in stock so paid for it. They they changed their mind, out of stoke, then an inordinate wait for a refund..5 days ! Couldn't buy another in that time so very inconvenient

Fair prices. Helpful and friendly service. NHS discount. Most painless appliance purchase I have made in years. Quality local service is alive and kicking. I am trying to buy more locally, rather than defaulting to online as I have in the past, and this is another gem on that journey. Give them a call and find out for yourself. very helpful customer service when purchasing and delivering but the product has turned out to be a disaster. Leisure Cookmaster CK100G232C 100cm Gas Range Cooker is very cheaply made, one oven door has become displaced , we are constantly having to replace knobs which are covered in plastic silver foil which flakes off, design fault, the main oven no longer lights automatically. Will never buy this product again though I would visit Carters
