As a long-term patient of this practice, I've always been impressed at their commitment to upholding professional standards and translating new medical advice and technological advances into their practice. What most people don’t understand is that dentists always use Universal precautions to control spread of infectious diseases in their practice . Non of them involve anything written in the letter. They are called Universal Precautions, because they are applied “universally” for everyone regardless they have an infectious disease or not. This system was developed a long time ago to make sure there is a safe environment for the staff and other patients WITHOUT discriminating anyone who has an infectious disease . If it’s true that they’ve sent this letter , then they don’t have the basic understanding of infection control , not to mention anti discrimination laws in Australia .

My experience was and has been for years the absolute best care in Dentistry. I am 60+ and have had a mouth of problems, so you can imagine how many places I have been. Top notch service, should get an award for excellence!

Whilst they're still allowing unvaccinated customers I won't give them one star however charging them $500 extra is unlawful, inhumane and just plain outright discriminative. They're basically endorsing a two class society and penalising unvaccinated for their heath choices. What happened to freedom of choice

Absolutely disgusting "covid prevention tax" on the unvaxxed or people not willing to disclose their personal medical history just to enter the premises. Utterly uneducated and extremely deplorable.
