5/ 5

Today I had my first ever treatment with Carrie, it was like nothing i had ever experienced before, it was subtle and yet incredibly powerful. I did not know what to expect as i had never had any Myofascial release work done, I have never felt so relaxed in such a short space of time. The space is so lovely, i loved it from the first time i set foot in there. I am looking forward to spending much more time there. Many thanks
