Sales person: ok. Fitters not so good. Shop never gave them my underlay. Fitters were put out (sulked) they couldn't be bothered to go for underlay so they used there own. How did I no they gave me the best what I payed for. No happy wouldn't go there again. Shop around

Always bought our carpets from here, find them reasonably priced and helpful. But the last carpet we had has not worn well at all. It was the shiny grey type and has not worn well at all even with no shoes upstairs so would not recommend this type of carpet. However always found them to be good in the past and the fitters have also always been very good, reliable, friendly and helpful
