Carpetright continue to display the worst of customer service - no wonder the company is going bust. They fail to deliver carpets on time and send around carpet fitters who display amazing arrogance by leaving every last piece of off cut and carpet lying around after them. Where a plumber or carpenter will make good after his work carpet fitters think it is ok to leave the place a complete mess. I blame Carpetright for recommending people who work like this.

Great place to shop really clean a good mix of shops

Excellent service. 4 years interest free credit helps massively. Fitters were really good and very accommodating. With building works still going on in my house they have gone out of their way to be really helpful. Would definitely use again

Massively overpriced. I found the sales person extremely pushy and trying to up sell even though we stated what we wanted. I personally would recommend on price alone. There are much cheaper places around these days offering better service.

I bought some reasonable priced off cuts so I'm very happy

So I went into the store to be told I need to order flooring in as they don't have flooring in the correct size for an average living room so we agreed to that and next we went to look at the options. Apparently nothing you have is good for use with my dog and it's all going to end up getting wrecked so iv had no recommendations as to appropriate flooring. Today iv received a call where the numbers visible but the person on the other end refused to state he was from carpet right until Id asked a good few times who was calling. As I'm trying to clarify who I'm speaking to all I'm getting back is a debt collector approach of is this Nathan is this Nathan after confirming I was then told who was calling me.

Visited with my very elderly mother who felt the need to tell the shop assistant her entire life story. Fair play to him, he was very patient and very helpful. He provided her with lots of knowledge ready for when she's ready to purchase. We'll definitely be back.
