We had carpet fitted earlier this year by Carpet Studio. We didn't get the branded product chosen in shop, instead being assured on site that the product was their unbranded like for like. That was the first disappointment. We had an extra join, on top of the one agreed on fitting visit. This join was really badly positioned: could have been positioned at other end FULLY covered by wardrobe! Since fitting we have also become aware of at least 10 hard lumps under carpet, we can only guess they are poorly fitted underlay staples. Expect they are already damaging the carpet. We left a message on day of fitting, as no response to phone line, asking for a call to discuss our concerns. We have never heard back. Would go elsewhere next time.

I fully recommend the Carpet Studio. Not only did they stock the natural sisal carpet I was searching for, they measured up super quickly, ordered the carpet and came back and fitted the carpet all within two weeks. The team were really friendly, great communication, good time keeping and did a fantastic job.

What a lovely experience dealing with this shop. John was so knowledgeable about his stock, and was able to help me pick through an array of shades until we found one that was a great match to our current carpet. Excellent value for a wool carpet, underlay and top notch fitters who do a great job, are polite, and leave the place looking as tidy as when they arrived. I'm delighted to be supporting a local business that obviously cares about its customers. Will be back!
