Very friendly customer service, very quick to respond to my previous review.

I spoke to their Customer Resolution Team when Sophie was not in once and they were also really attentive and updated me with where my claim was at. Professional and efficient service -Thank you!

Edited to add i received a phone call within thirty minutes of this review and had a lot explained to me which has been helpful Slow to respond and further the case. Waited three months for them to chase up a simple email from other side and still haven’t had settlement. They don’t appear to care and often don’t answer questions I’ve asked. Not happy.

Useless company, avoid at all costs. Constantly passed between case handlers like a new born baby. Nobody answers their phones, nobody calls you back and nobody ever updates you. From my last update which I chased 3 month ago there still no further forward. Staff don't seem to want to be there. 10 month down the line and still not finished. And after all is said and done they still deserve 25%?! What for exactly, not customer service for sure.

Just started going through the personal injury claim process and the level of service so far has been shocking. This is the company my insurers Hastings Direct put me with. I can't get through to my claims handler and emails are ignored. A medical examination video appointment arranged by them with Mobile Doctors was not kept and an email to Mobile Doctors asking why remains unanswered. I will be looking at pursuing my own claim with a more reliable solicitors, even though Hastings have told me they won't cover the costs if I do this. However I would rather deal with a more reliable company on a no win no fee basis than put up with the very slow, very poor service I have received so far.

The process does seem to be moving along although incredibly slowly. Communication is almost non existent and I even had to chase up Premier Medical to get things moving as I was waiting for several months (9) on Nerve Conduction Studies being arranged. Replying occasionally or offering updates is all it needs to turn this around. The only response I seem to get is an automatic email saying they are off on that day.
