I had very bad experience wid care Ferility they charged too many thousands pound nd result is zero I recommend no body go there its waste of money...i feel sory for tht people whos planning to go there...

Myself and partner were lucky enough to be referred here for ivf, by the NHS. we welcomed baby Leo on 16th November this year!!! First attempt. Its hard guys but have faith. These guys are very good, very professional. Thankyou doesn’t come close, merry Christmas and happy new year from Richard, Rachel and Leo. Changed our lives.

Fabulous experience from start to end - all the staff are very attentive and accommodating.

What a fantastic facility. The staff here are absolutely amazing, from the cleaners all the way up to the theatre staff. I can't praise them enough. They really make you feel welcome and at ease.

Was great all the way through, couldn't fault the nurses. Was completely let down at the end of our treatment when it mattered the most. My wife had her egg retrieval and didn't feel ready to have her eggs put back when they was supposed to. We shared our concerns with the docs and they was more concerned about getting her in and out. We was told all the way through we can have 2 eggs put back although they don't recommend it.. when it got to the procedure they wouldn't put 2 back and instead told us to freeze one which we couldn't afford after already spending thousands. Was made to feel like it was our only option so I had to find a spare 500 quid out of thin air after we was told freezing any remaining embryos was included in the cost of the treatment (it was not). We really just felt like a number at the end. They had our eggs, they had our money and now they wanted rid. My wife has been put off IVF for life after this horrific experience. It's a very emotionally and physically draining experience and after seeing the pain my wife went through after her egg retrieval (that was meant to be just an uncomfortable feeling) I would not recommend to anyone. She was in a lot of pain for weeks to the point she nearly passed out at work.

I don't usually write negative reviews but I'm quite surprised at the attitude of this clinic after making initial contact... The first lady I spoke with sounded bored and after being transferred I politely mentioned to the women I was speaking with that the line had gone a little bad and she bluntly replied 'call again' and hung up straight away! If staff can't be polite on first contact this is definitely not a team I would have taking me through the most sensitive of journeys.

I went for my first appointment in clinic yesterday seen two different nurses and what a lovely experience I had with both nurses made you feel so comfortable, but I would like to say a massive thank you to Beverly for making me feel so at ease and for being so caring and kind what an amazing lady I am excited to continue my journey at care fertility knowing I'm in such caring and professional hands nothing is too much trouble

CARE Manchester were amazing throughout my time. I have been with the clinic on numerous occasions for different appointment types and at each one I felt that I was in safe hands. I recommend them to everyone

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This company is utterly disgraceful. They call themselves 'Care' but caring is the last thing you should expect from them. If you are serious about fertility treatment please please please spend your money elsewhere. DO NOT give these people any of your money.
