Great quality products from a UK company. A great addition to any kitchen with a great team all based in house to support you and your caple products. We are very pleased to be an authorised retail for such a great appliance brand.

I ordered two white sinks through Cameo Kitchens. I actually received one black sink and one white sink. Cameo refused to deal with it and put me onto Caple directly, which I had asked them not to do having read the terrible reviews here. Caple lived up to its reputation by suggesting that there was something wrong with my eyesight and that black was actually white. Their products may be great but there is no point in having great products if you can't support them with decent customer service when something goes wrong.

I bought a ceramic hob from Caple six months ago and unfortunately a lid slid off a pan which chipped the side. A week or so later this spontaneously grew into a crack that went across the entire width of the glass. Having had various ceramic hobs in the past this has never happened before which indicates the poor build quality of the appliance. Caple refused to replace the hob for free as they do not replace due to 'impact damage'. My advice is shell out for a better quality hob that will last. Very poor quality and poor customer service. Avoid. I see Caple have replied to my review saying they offered me a 30% discount. This is not true as far as I can tell. No discount was mentioned and having seen how much the appliance cost the contractor who supplied the kitchen the price they quote was not a discount. I am more disappointed with the quality of the product than anything else. The fact it cracked so easily (unlike other hobs I have had) which is why I would not recommend them more than their customer service or refund policy.

I purchased a display model oven less than 12 months ago. The glass door exploded one night whilst we were in bed. Caple told me this was not possible to happen on it's own. That accuses me of lying and is offensive. They have offered a new door at £122 and delivery at £54. The oven cost me £139 !!!! I am most disappointed with Caple and would not be able to endorse their products and after care. The supplier who I used are an excellent company. I would suggest that they don't stock Caple products to preserve their own reputation.

I've just commited myself to buying Caple products, eg a washing machine, gas hob, electric oven & extractor hood.I do hope these bad reviews are isolated & not the norm.Reading some of these reviews has really got me worried. I've only given you one star because it won't allow me to post otherwise! I do hope to be writing a favourable review in the not too dim & distant future

I have a new caple machine that I purchased in January. A part fell off the inside of my machine leaving a sharp piece of metal in the drum cutting small holes all the clothes I had in the load. I am been in contact trying to claim compensation back for a few of the items that were ruined but getting no where. I have sent recent of how much the items cost but have been offered less than half in monetary value. It also took almost two weeks for an engineer to come out and fix my machine even although it's still within warranty.

Great service received from customer service, my new tap was damaged slightly upon delivery. They offered a replacement part. The part was delayed so they promptly sent a new tap. No drama :)
