Waiting 4 months to sort out bits outstanding and still no answer

This company has the worst standards i have come across the windows and doors they fitted in my house was to small and there answer was to put expanding foam and beading around everything. The door was also damaged that they fitted. They also damaged the living room floor and kitchen floor and they have been out four times already and still not finished. I would highly recommend you look somewhere else.

Excellent company. Needed advice on new windows. Staff were very patient with me and knowledgeable. Helped me to decide on the right product, and I was very happy with the price. Fitting team friendly, professional and turned up on time. No complaints at all.

I was recommended Capital UPVC by a friend who had had work done for him. I duly called got 3 quotes and they were the lowest by some distance. They did 13 windows and a door for me, to say I’m impressed is an understatement, the gave me the date of the fitting, work began on the agreed date and the work was completed by fitters, John and Craig, they were friendly, helpful and ultra professional. I would also like to mention Trudy, in the office, she was so helpful and answered all of my queries. I am so pleased with the standard of the work done, not to mention the price, that I would thoroughly recommend them.

Great service all round. Sheila was very helpful on the phone when we were deciding styles etc. We had a short wait (7 weeks) for the new door to be installed. The fitters were quite tidy but it's a noisy job which can't be helped! Had a small issue with the door a few weeks after installation - fitters arrived within hours to fix it, thanks to Melissa. Can't fault the service. Would definitely use again

We needed to replace 15 windows, 1 French door and a large area of what was curved wooden bifold at a property we recently moved to. Due to the size of the job we invited a fair few firms to quote. The disparity between quotes was significant and even over double in some cases!! Not only did Capital UPVC's quote come in competitive, they also spent the time to price through the options on the curved bifolds, which many took one look at and high balled us or refused to quote. Another added benefit was the 3 years interest free credit, which was unmatched by other local firms. Having never replaced windows before we were naturally worried that we would need to patch up and re decorate, However the fitters went to great lengths to avoid the need for this to happen and left everything looking great and tidy. The Capital UPVC team provided great service, from the initial quote with Martin, to running through the options with Joe, Ross doing a detailed job on a tricky survey given the curvature of the bifold array. Peter and Perry who fitted for us, did a superb job, grafting through 30 degree heat, never letting their high standards drop, nothing was too much trouble, and they were great to have around the house. We are absolutely over the moon with the end results and it has quite simply transformed our property. We will definitely be using Capital UPVC for future projects as quite simply they have been the best home improvement company we have ever dealt with.
