I have had a delightful experience living in this flat, and from what I hear of my other friends' experiences with other agents, I got very lucky in choosing Capital Lettings. They have always been responsive, generous, and pleasant to work with, and I have never felt undue pressure or stress living in this flat from them. I recommend their services wholeheartedly, and I will always be glad I lived here for the last three years.

I rented from Capital Lettings for about 8 years, two different properties, a couple contract changes as people moved in and out of one of the flats. They were fantastic to deal with, for any issues I had at the flat they were quick to respond and arrange for someone to come by to resolve the issue. The change over with the flats and the tenancy agreement details was very easy and simple to do with them. For the flat inspection as I was preparing to move out David provided me with advice and what to watch for with the clean up. I chose to use their recommended cleaning agency. I got my deposit returned with no fuss afterwards. Overall great experience with Capital Lettings and I would recommend them.

Very satisfied with the agency and highly recommend to both tenants and landlords. As long term resident never had unreasonable demands, the necessary inspections where pre-arranged well in advance and very efficient communicators between me and the landlord. Maintenance issues were attended to immediately.

I rent my flat in Edinburgh through Capital Lettings for three and a half years. This length of time does not only indicate my satisfaction from the flat, but also my satisfaction from the agency. From the very beginning but also during the time of my tenancy, I had the chance to meet most of the staff working in the agency. They all were always very friendly, professional and willing to help. Communication with them was always a pleasure, fast and efficient, even if it was was about minor issues such as broken electrical appliances that needed replacement. I would definitely recommend Capital Lettings to anyone looking to rent in Edinburgh. Probably the best letting agency I have come across so far.

I've got nothing but praise for Capital Lettings. We rented a house for 10 months during building works on our own house. Not having rented since student days (30+ years ago) I was nervous, but need not have worried. From the outset, David and his team were very helpful, friendly and efficient. We had no fuss with the formalities at the beginning, during, or at the end of our tenancy. We had a gas boiler breakdown which was reported at 9 o'clock and sorted by noon the same day. All good - happy to recommend without reservation.

Took money off our deposit when we left due to cleaning bills and for a cleaner. The invoice of the cleaner was a fake company and was very badly treated. Stay away - DO NOT RECOMMEND!
