The setting and atmosphere really gets you in that vacation mood. The staff were polite and always helpful. The room sizes were decent and decor was tasteful. The restaurants were of high quality and were very accommodating. Granted, this all comes at a rather high price, but I would say it's well worth your money. I had only stayed for 3 days and 2 nights but it felt like longer, and I very much enjoyed my time there.

Capella is a perfect place to bring your pets. I brought my cat for his first ever staycation to Capella. And he totally enjoyed his experience. Excellent service by the staff as they were really friendly and helpful. They made sure that bedding and water/food bowls were there for my pet to make his stay as comfortable as possible. The view from Capella is picture perfect. It is definitely a home away from home as it made me totally forget about the pandemic during the 2D1N stay. I would definitely be back again next year for the tranquility and total relaxation that Capella has to offer.

Beverages in the room are replenished promptly The turn down service came with a pleasant surprise for the wife. The food was really good, the dessert could have been less sweet.

Celebrates my husband's birthday with Capella. We stayed for 2D1N at the garden suit. The check in was a breeze and the check out was also done via a telephone call. Hence there was no need to q. Beverages in the room are replenished promptly and the shower pressure was great! What we love about the hotel is the attempt to be environmentally friendly with glass bottles and tetra pack water in gym! The turn down service came with a pleasant surprise for the husband! We had dinner and breakfast at Knolls. They do have vegetarian options, but we hope to see more vegan and alliums free vegetarian options! Overall a pleasant stay, away from the hustle of the city, recharged from the green and sea! We will be back!

This is my second time at Capella and what a wonderful experience. The hospitality and customer service was unlike any other and Capella did lived up to its brand of outstanding service. My wife and I came to celebrate our belated anniversary and her birthday and the team celebrated this with us through wines, champagnes, flowers, cakes, and even an Aesop gift for her. Every booking we went to, be it Spa or dining, the team congratulated us. The one bedroom Villa we were staying in was very comfortable and private. I did make use of the outdoor bathtub and pool a bit too much 🤣. We came back to our room after dinner and there was even a bubble bath, candles, and rose petals setup for us. We will certainly be back at the end of the year to celebrate our birthdays and anniversaries again!

Held our Wedding here, every aspect exudes service excellence even before check-in, from mere arrival to departure. Definitely need more time for their curated activities and stomach space for their food; Cassia, The Knolls, Bob's Bar and the "Living Room" sure knows their craft. (Thank you for the sweet treats) Thank you to: Henry and Howard of room service, for serving us at 4am, Elaine of Cassia for handling our loose ends. Capella, thank you for letting us have this experience, we'll be back again

Nice hotel with great rooms. Was there for a conference/training - each room has an individual Aircon control so you can manage the temperature, but sound does leak across the 3 smaller conference rooms (especially if you sit near the dividers). That said, food and service was great.
