The place is very messy and confusing. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Avoid, there is a much better launderette 'Raeburn's' not far away in Stockbridge.

Horrible torn faced staff. Unhelpful and rude. Place is a mess, stuff everywhere. No room to move. Again really horrible moody staff. Terrible people.

I would avoid this dry cleaners at all cost. I took a fairly new and expensive mattress topper to be cleaned due to my toddler spilling milk on it, they assured me that they could wash and dry it for me and I was to pick up the next day. When I picked it up no one mentioned anything and handed it over, Once i got it home and opened it up I was horrified! Not only had they shrunk it (was a king size now smaller than a double) they had melted the piping that was around the topper leaving gaping holes with stuffing coming out! I called them to ask what happened and was very rudely told that it must be the manufactures fault. I’m completely appalled by the service I’ve received and don’t normally leave negative reviews but wouldn’t want anyone else to go through such a horrible and upsetting service. Don’t chance it just take it somewhere else.

Rude staff, messy store.

I've used this place for years for dry cleaning and the occasional service wash of towels and bedding in the winter. Reasonable prices for Edinburgh and some of the staff are absolutely lovely - they're always really kind to my kids when I've taken them in. I've always found the cleaning to be of a high standard and always returned promptly.

Good service. They may have tried their best for removing stains. Not cheap. I used a vacuum bag which was pierced through by a paper clip. So, don't use such bags.

Unfortunately my laundry was returned looking like a mess. I paid for washing/drying/folding, but the clothes were inside out and just stuffed into the bag. Also, when I came in to pick up my laundry (2 bags); they couldn't find 1 of the bags. It is very unorganised. I noticed today that I am now missing 2 items as well. (That I know of!!) I recommend you to be really sure what you are brining in and check all before you pay and leave.

Always helpful and accomodating

I came here on a busy Saturday afternoon to dry my bed linen. Even though there were no customer dryers available at the time, the member of staff let me use the “staff only” dryer. She was very friendly and efficient. £1 for 15 minutes was excellent value. I would definitely return again when in the area and would recommend.
