I purchased a Disegno steam unit for a bathroom reno I did about 2 years ago through a local bath distributor. I had some tech and install questions and I was given Frank's name (owner) and contacted him. He called me back almost immediately. He was extremely helpful and courteous. A few months after the install was completed he called me out of the blue to follow up on operation of the unit and my satisfaction with the product. Awesome!! We use the steam shower at least once a week ( wife more often) and works like an absolute charm. Fast forward to today where the unit encountered a problem staying on for the entire time. Frank took the time to meet and service my unit at his shop and gave me an education on the unit even though he has a large scale project on the go. Cant say enough great things about the unit, the service and the satisfaction with the entire unit. If you are looking to add some serenity to your life with a relaxing steam shower I would highly recommend the Disegno unit and Frank.
