Cambridge Services – Extra cambridge

Decent enough services, good choices of food. Only down side is that there is only 1 accessible toilet and 1 baby change room so queues can get long very quickly, especially at busy times. Many people who need an accessible loo cannot always wait for long periods of time.

If you ever travel near it suggests to go and have a rest there. They have food court which means no issues with deciding what to eat as you can choose food from quite few restaurants and all eat at the same table. The food options are quite few from noodle stand to McDonald's. I really enjoyed taking a break from driving.

It's very handy, but nothing to write home about. To be fair it's not too expensive and there's a fair range of outlets from which to get food. The M&S is useful too. It's clean enough and uncannily identical to the services at Peterborough. I wouldn't call it a tourist destination, but it does give you a chance for a break from the road in reasonable comfort.

Roadworks all around make for a less than relaxing environment but that's just the way it has to be now. Services were clean with helpful staff. There was a good variety of outlets inside.

Every time I pass this place I stop here. It has a central seating area with everything else placed around that. Nice design idea. Gets a little loud and crowded but it does serve a few roads so that is to be expected

It's our ideal stop off clean lots of choices for food.

If you stop here try "Fresh". The staff were very polite and friendly. I had the best chicken and mushroom pasty and cherry and almond slice I have ever had ( and I have many to compare them to!) My husband really enjoyed his beef and veg pasty and millionaires shortbread. With 2 teas it came to £13 so excellent value in my opinion. I rarely review anything but I can't recommend this food option highly enough my 5 star rating is for "Fresh" alone. The rest of the services is pretty standard.

Nowhere else to stop for a pee!
