Their services is poor

Dr Siddiqi seems like a good decisive gp who is unfortunately occasionally let down by some of the reception staff. This does now seem to be improving .

Dr sidiqi is great the surgery always great with my family. Great service never had any issues with this doctors been with them for 12 years.

The GP surgery has always been fantastic for me and my family. Caring, compassionate, efficient and friendly staff available from Dr Sidiqi, nurse practitioners and the reception staff.

Although usually very happy to see Doctor Sadiqqi, unfortunately he was not available today, I requested an appointment with a doctor and was given one with an ANP, which I have just googled and discovered that this is actually a nurse - not happy. After waiting 27 minutes after my appointment time, I was told that I only had 10 minutes and that the doctor (which she wasn't) only deals with one issue at a time, therefore I had to choose which one I felt was more important, and if I wanted to be seen regarding my other issues I could go somewhere else in Stoke-on-Trent to an extended hours surgery, or I should of booked a double appointment (didn't know you could do this), I'm sure the receptionists will be more than happy to oblige when I ring up and ask for a 30 minute appointment because I have 3 issues I'd like to discuss 😂
