I cannot say enough good about this company. The people there are LOVELY. Super helpful, really nice, and even call you on Saturday if you're not there by 12:30 to make sure you know they're closing soon. They're patient (I heard them explaining something to another customer and they were so nice), informative, they even gave me a student discount and made sure I could get to my holiday. Luke even chased me down to make sure I had to proper receipt before I left. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them. Just that added little bit of consideration and support was so nice after having to deal with Eurocar. If you have a choice, support this wonderful local business. They were an absolute delight.

I'd give them more stars if I could! I accidentally left my debit card at the petrol station on my way to drop the car back to them and they kindly drove me there to pick it up and then dropped me home. Amazing service, highly recommend!

I chose not to own a car several years ago and have hired regularly here since. I have never had any problems at all and have found the service friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone. Its nice to be able to hire different size vehicles to suit your needs. I'm thinking of trying an electric vehicle next.

What a brilliant van hire company based in Cambridge. My van, a VW Transporter similar to a transit, was very low mileage, really clean and drove without fault. The service I received from the staff was friendly and helpful and on top of this the price for 4 days was way lower than the competitors. This is a classic example of a small family owned independent business knocking the spots off the big nationals. Thank you.

Cars have always been good and prices are reasonable. However, the last several times I rented they didn't return the £100 deposit until I emailed them manually (in one case over 3 months later). Left a bit of a sour taste in the mouth...

Great cars and really efficient, personal, and friendly service. I've been renting a car at least once a month for a good while now and have never had a bad experience. Great that they update the fleet regularly so the cars are always excellent. A really good local independent that's big enough to offer lots of flexibility but hasn't lost the personal element.
