Staff were genuinely kind, helpful and insightful when I contacted them to ask about sizing. Replaced a (beautiful) pram-suit after I ordered the wrong size within a day. Exceptional customer service and fantastic quality clothing for my baby - hard to find elsewhere.

HORRIBLE customer service. Products are not of good quality, I wanted to give them another chance and they messed up my order then trying to make it look it was my fault. NEVER AGAIN!!! And LE in reply to the owner who still insists I sent the wrong products. The pic shows my order from 9 months ago!!! ( and btw- it is illegal to keep my return - either you refund me, or send it back with an explanation as to why or press charges and inform me about that!!)

Cambridge Baby have a great selection of clothing, and absolutely fantastic customer service. Items often arrive the next day, and they have just replaced an item very swiftly and without charging additional P&P, even though I had just changed my mind about the colour. Some of the brands they stock are German, and I sometimes check on German websites (i speak German), and have almost always found that Cambridge Baby has lower prices. Can't recommend them enough.

When our son was born 2 years ago we received a baby gift from our friends of baby cloths from Cambridge Baby. The quality of the baby cloths are excellent as was the service from Cambridge Baby. This has made us repeat customers. Last week, one of our friends had a baby girl so it was easy to find something special for their baby.

I came across this shop online when looking for someone who sold Engel organic baby clothing about a year ago. Since then I have ordered numerous things online, and anything I have bought has always been posted out in an extremely timely manner. Any communication I have had with them via email has been smooth. I haven't had to return anything so I can't speak to that but I would say that their selection is really nice and it has become one of my go to stores for organic fair trade baby clothes online.
