Cambourne Dry Cleaners cambridge

Although I don't live in Cambourne I travel there in oder to use what I regard as the best dry cleaners in Cambridgeshire. The management takes personal pride in the work they do and in satisfying the customer. All material items are cleaned to the highest professional standard and meets all my expectations. I highly recommend Cambourne Dry Cleaners.

Always excellent

I was delighted to collect my beautifully cleaned Icebreaker puffer jacket today. It is a pale colour and was very dirty before I took it to Cambourne Dry Cleaners. These marks looked like they would not come out but I am delighted to say that my coat looks as good as new.

My feathered down coat was heavily covered in oil/grease. There is not a trace of oil left on my coat. My coat looks like new. Excellent efficient service, I would 100% recommend.

I took my very dirty Wedding dress to be cleaned a week ago. I had a phone call within a few days to say my dress was ready. When I collected it it was perfect! I wasn’t sure they would be able to get some of the stains out but they did! Great customer service and great final result.

Very rude staff and that was the second time I speak to the same person, although first time he was just as rude in the way he dealt with my query, I thought I will give them another chance but he proved to me today that he lacks customer service skills and and has no knowledge on how to speak to people. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
