Useless

I’ve been having a rash on my body for over a year now that affects me daily after I used a specific lotion. I sought help at this practice and for months they were giving me medications that worsen my condition. I submitted heaps and heaps of requests to be seen and was ignored. After giving me different meds I finally got strong rash tablets that make the rash go away BUT only for just over 18hrs!!! To this day I have not been physically seen by a doctor because as they stated THEY DO NOT DO ALLERGY TESTS but still managed to give me meds that made my condition worse or only that works for short periods. As a patient, it is my health that I care for and all the bullshit they tell people is just horrible. What kind of gp doesn’t do allergy tests? And the receptionists act like they secure a White House or tryna give people advice as if your job isn’t just to answer calls. Now you can’t even get through at all as they shut their online e-consult very early morning every day. First, they reduced the time now they completely shut it down. My mum keeps getting told a doctor will call her for the past week and still nothing. As we all remember it wasn’t even as bad during covid as it is now!!!! HORRIBLE PRACTICE JUST TRYNA GET RID OF THE PATIENTS BY NOT CONSULTING THEM BUT GIVING PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE PHONE ONLY. Don’t waste your time even if your condition was as bad as mine they won’t care. Will tell you its a lifetime thing even tho you can get rid of the rash Thank you:)

Afteer 5 years spent in aberdeen as an International student, I've changed several time GP, and ended up settling at Calasayseat as i always felt that the GP actually tried to listen unlike the othe GP's i've gone through. I would definitely recommend it.

Ghastly front desk service by a short. middle-aged woman at the reception. Went in to the practice for some inquiry and I was told off curtly at the front desk by her. When I asked for further clarification, she abruptly went into the office to get her supervisor and said 'This man will not accept any reasoning' in front of me. I am appalled by this experience. I have only asked for the possibility of amendment and printing of my health demographic details. To add on further to that, she told off a lady before me who came in for advice on gestational diabetes - she said, and I quote 'Your condition isn't serious enough for an urgent appointment'. This reception staff needs to re-evaluate her mannerism and be aware that she is not knowledgeable enough to give such advice. The practice might want to consider a review of this staff's attitude and behavior as she is detrimental to patient's overall experience.

Absolutely disgusting service from this gp surgery. The receptionist val should be losing her job for her attitude and lack of respect while dealing with patients. This surgery has no interest in helping its patients preferring to hide behind there doors with their heads planted firmly up their arse. Seek help from hospital and maybe look for another surgery. I will be sending letter to the health board about this place. Save the NHS? What for these folk do nothing

Unfortunatley they can deal with the most mild conditons. However, even before Covid I was mis-diagnosed three times being there. Later, in hospital, with a oxygen mask I was told that I had sevear phneumonia which was caused by flu. Thus, I could of die because of misdiagnosis that "doctors" in this practice made. I recommend to seek help in any other practices or even in the phrarmarcy opposite to this practice, since staff there tried to help me at least to ease the pain I had at the time.

Absolutely useless - child have cold for 1.5 months with caugh and running nose, but it is normal according to doctor(when it becomes not normal - after 3 years?). Asked to check child in person - have been told that we need to do PCR test(as far as we know tests can be done from 5years old, our child is 4...). You can go to restaurant, to café etc no problem, but to get to see doctor is mission impossible. My personal guess - they just get used to sit on their bums and treat patients over the phone - no need to see clients, easy life.... NONSENSE All family will be reassigned to other gp

I've been stuck with this doctor's surgery for a number of years. If you don't have to seek medical advice here go somewhere else. The pharmacy is probably of more use across the road. Their receptionists are horrificly rude, their systems are so flawed the options on their phoneline don't add up to what they say they so, creating an echo box for a real appointment. They are lax with care, rude and uncaring about mental health and a physical appointment is now like gold dust. They were BAD before Covid, now they're negligent and behaving like basic medical care is a privelage. The triage system is a joke and an appointment is on the day or a month down the line. Someone needs to take a serious look at how they undertake their duty of care.
