I had a lovely time at this cafe. The staff were friendly and the coffee is not outrageously price like some places now a days. They had a good choices of pastries and food as well as some vegan options. It would be nice to see more sustainable take out cup lid options like vegware as they were plastics. Sitting by the windows give you a good view of Salisbury spire and the town. Even though this is a chain cafe, it fits in well with the local surroundings and people.

This place is a great place to people watch. Dogs are allowed in and there are areas with comfy chairs and sofas and space to push a buggy or wheelchair in. There are toilets upstairs and downstairs. There is a good atmosphere and the staff are friendly and willing to do things to help eg turn the air con off if I find it too cold. At peak times the queues get long but it is my favourite place to have a mid morning or mid afternoon snack as the coffee is my favourite in Salisbury.

Normally this has been a good coffee shop to visit but lately the variety of croissants has been very limited and today we waited for half an hour to get an almond croissant which had to be cooked. The new vegan jam ones are very ordinary and uninspiring..We do not see this as the staffs fault but the result of poor management decisions. We are actually considering not using this cafe Nero anymore even though we live in Salisbury.

Friend and I visited this cafe, which I don't often go to. We had two regular warm drinks and it came to nearly £6! It was cup size, not mug.

Stopped of for a quick coffee on our way home. The young lady serving was very friendly and the coffees were great. Would just like to say that the toilet on the other hand was absolutely grim, looks like someone had peed all over the floor and they were very smelly. Could really do with a deep clean!!

All of the people working here are so lovely and helpful every time I’ve been. Simon (I hope that is the right name!) was especially helpful last time I visited. Even when they are really busy they always have a smile and their coffee is definitely the best in town too!

You know what you're getting at Cafe Nero, much the same as the other chain coffee shops. However the server in this store was particularly cheery and polite so this store gets an extra star.
