Caffè Nero london

I was desperate for the loo. Paid for a double espresso and told the Barista to take her time as I am in the queue for the toilet. I came out of the immaculately clean washroom and she then proceeded to make my coffee. As always it was a much appreciated cigarette and coffee break whilst busy at work.

I love your drinks but today the service was so bad. The lady in front of me had her order incorrectly made because the server was on the phone and wasn’t concentrating. When she was told that it wasn’t what she ordered, she shrugged and begrudgingly turned around to remake both drinks. My chai latte was next to be made and the man then was on a phone call, he asked if I wanted cinnamon and whilst on the phone, and taking his time, he put cinnamon on top, which I don’t want and don’t want it wiped off. I left without a hot drink, because my bus was coming and couldn’t wait for another drink to be made. Advice: if you have people waiting don’t answer the phones and have long conversations, surely you aren’t making money this way!

Best coffee of the high street chains (for me) and drinks in proper cups/mugs, nice BLT sandwich too.

Great place to sit and work. But cleaning is not up to the marks. Need some fragrance to dimenish the bad odour ....staff are quite amazing

My favourite branch! by far the best staff and coffee. They’re always so friendly and accommodating, we usually have a chit chat whilst there and my Mocha is always consistently delicious! Not sure if the staff has changed but the 3 amazing baristas that worked there before the pandemic and partially during are the best! :)

Come here alot but for the last months only Trainee staff in, coffee done incorrectly and long waiting times, need more experienced barista in the shop, nothing wrong with trainees but to have 3 trainees trying to teach other is a bit of show to watch
