Large Iced Lavender Latte - loved the lavender iced latte. It's a little sweet for my taste but still didn't mind a big cup! Great and fast service!! We ordered an iced latte with almond milk. $11. A little pricey for a small coffee but the coffee is delicious and has great flavor. The roast of the beans is perfect. It was creamy and blended great. No bitterness.

Excellent selection of food and drink, particularly the sandwiches which are made using freshly baked bread. The coffee is great too, amongst the best speciality coffee shops in Leeds. Set in a welcoming, well-designed space overlooking Duke Street, there's plenty of space to sit and work or for meetings or lunch with friends, or just to grab a quick sandwich. Highly recommended.

Really lovely and well made coffee. There is a small set of stairs at the buildings entrance but it is fitted with a wheelchair lift. The lift didn't seem to be able to be operated by the wheelchair user independently and even after getting help from one of the buildings staff it was a bit temperamental (building staff can usually be seen at the back of the upper bit of the lobby behind the desk).*pretty sure the chair lift isn't cafe 164s and they likely have no control over this part of the buildings wheelchair accessibility* There's a step up to the area to order food in the cafe but staff were happy to take my order at the table since I couldn't get up it. Some of the tables further into the cafe may be difficult to get into in a wheelchair because of the limited floor space.

Always enjoy my lunches here. Sandwiches are always super fresh and have combos that you just don't see anywhere else. For example, I had halloumi and pakora on my last visit, was really nice. Coffee is more than adequate too, an added bonus.

My family has been going to this place when it first opened on an empty lot. We would go every weekend with the family and with my dad early in the morning before school. The quality of food has never changed, amazing food. If you ever need good pies go there but order early because they sell fast.

Good atmosphere and lighting. The aesthetic was open plan and quite pleasing. The hot chocolate was beautiful. 4 stars because there was not enough sausage in my sausage sandwich haha, weird gripe I know but I had to pick out the excess bread just so I could find it, sorry. You also don't have lemon drizzle cake and that's my fave, luck of the draw on that one though! I'd recommend for the hot drinks it was very well made.

Closing at 4...we discovered .- alas- too late. Coffee and cake to go had to suffice. Pleasant interior and ambience, It was my girl gfriend's choice..she said it was good but, for me, it will require another leisurely visit before I can fully assess and state an opinion.

Terrible customer service. Judging by the comments I see I'm not the only one who has had this experience. Lovely store ruined by horrible attitudes. I was very excited to take my partner here who visited a while back, we didn't even get to order as the staff made us feel like an inconvenience, rudely told to move to the side. This was during the peak of covid and you would have thought an independent store would happy for the local support turns out that was not the case.
