I struggle to justify this as a Mexican restaurant to be honest. To me it was more like Salisbury's interpretation on Mexican food. Maybe I was looking for a more authentic experience, but still not amazing. Hygienic and friendly service to be fair

Amazing staff, amazing food for an amazing price. Staff were really helpful with accommodating for our 8 month old with her food and were extremely pleasant when dealing with us. The food was out quick and was absolutely delicious. Thanks cactus Jack's for a lovely meal and great staff! Will be returning very soon!

Gutted to say it was awful. The mussels were over cooked and gritty. Then we had fajitas and it was mush. The wraps weren't even warm!it has one star because the blonde lady server was polite, courteous and offered a free drink, however the older lady didn't seem to care about our experience and we paid 50 quid for a horrible meal!wont be going back

Really disappointed with our visit. We've been many times over the years and probably won't go back. Felt like we were a complete inconvenience, the waitress/manager(?) was not in the least bit interested and on 3 separate occasions we had to call after her while we were mid ordering as she just walked away. We received no check backs and there was no attempt to make any conversation with us. The atmosphere was dull, poor taste in music that kept getting skipped along mid song. My first drink was room temperature and the food was average. Overall a thoroughly disappointing visit, especially during a time that so many pubs/restaurants are working so hard to make a difference in an otherwise crazy world.

We stumbled across this place on a rainy Thursday evening, what a find! From the greeting on entry to the service received at the table it was faultless. We had starters and mains, with a few cocktails thrown in for good measure and everything was very tasty and filling. Would highly recommend calling in if you like delicious food and impeccable service.
