Very poor....was given 3 prices for a part...£144+vat £167+vat and today I went to pay and pick up

Very poor....was given 3 prices for a part...£144+vat £167+vat and today I went to pay and pick up it cost me £200+vat. I am due to buy my replacement M8 Vito but I will be go8ng to S&B commercials now. Guys for the sake of 40 or 50 pounds I will be taking my £44,000 to England.

Just dreadful. No clue about after sales customer care what so ever.
