I purchased the special introductory offer which is great value and seems to be a good way to start getting into it. I will definitely continue to come. Lovely atmosphere, all the teachers are very warm & welcoming. I love that this place has a good mix of people coming all at different levels, I really appreciate that as a beginner who found the idea of yoga classes intimidating. They do a few types of yoga at this studio + each teacher has their own slightly different style which stops things getting boring. So you can mix it up or stick with your favourite. After just a few weeks going to BYC has already helped my back pain and calms my mind. Highly recommend.

I've started practicing at this studio recently and I'm enjoying it so far. Having practiced at a number of Bikram studios in UK, Australia and USA, BYC ranks up there as one of the nicest all-round studios. The small change rooms and lack of drinking water on tap are a minor downside but the studio itself is great, well heated, relatively spacious and nicely appointed overlooking the green! All of the instructors I've had so far are excellent, bringing their own twist to the 'classic' BY dialogue to deliver an engaging class. As a regular BY practitioner I'm happy to have BYC close to home.

Such a gem. Love that the main focus of the studio is on the Bikram series in its original form - there's nothing quite like it for multi-level healing ime (no other yoga - or variation of Bikram - has ever worked for my chronic condition - quite the opposite in fact). Coupled with a fab, friendly, clean intimate environment in which to practice and recover in equals me 'very' relieved and so grateful. If sweaty, hard-but-ultimately-rewarding Bikram is your thing, this is the place for you. Thanks to all at BYC for creating such a wonderful space and see you on the mat!

I really love BYC and I've been going for nearly 6 months. I came as a complete beginner to yoga, not even really sure if it was for me.The instructors are very passionate and give you good feedback on your technique, especially Fed and Andy who I usually attend classes with!

You always receive a friendly welcome, all the teachers are passionate and inject their own personality into each class which is motivational. The studio is light and bright with an amazing view of the green - what's not to love?

I attended classes at BYC for over 2 years. I enjoyed it at the time, BYC studio is probably one of the nicest I've been to, spacious, bright, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the park. As to teachers, they're professional, they have their style of teaching, some are better at teaching than others. I am disappointed, however, in the way the owner handled my request. I paid for a full year membership but due to Covid and the studio being closed for several months I was unable to practice Bikram in the studio. The option was to practice online, but I didn't think I could benefit as much from practising online as I would have had when coming to the studio, mainly due to lack of heat. When the studio reopened my circumstances changed so I couldn't come to BYC anymore. Since I paid for the yearly membership, I wanted to transfer it to someone else so it wouldn't be wasted. After emailing various people back and forth for almost a month, they agreed to transfer the remainder of the membership. When I emailed them details of the person that I want the membership to be transferred to, I never heard back. I kept emailing them but no one got back to me. It is deeply disappointing that in a place where kindness, compassion and empathy are preached, the opposite is being practiced. It's a shame that core principles of Yoga are being overlooked at BYC.

As an athlete I have all my training scheduled so I can maximize my efficiency, so I decided to get some hot yoga to improve recovery.Went on their website signed up for a class, paid the money, I received a receipt confirmation of my payment via e mail but nothing to say about any waiting list or so.Went there with 15 min before the starting time, after a quick bike ride from my training, all to be told that they took the money but without sayn anything about any waiting list. So instead of getting any recovery or any good thing out of the whole thing the best the receptionist could told me was nothing, just to leave without even tryn to help me to book a next one or anything.Ruined my whole day.Thank you guys
