My daughter attends this nursery and she absolutely loves it here! She is always engaged in activities and the staff know her interests very well. The staff team are very friendly and welcoming and will always go out of their way to make you and your child feel welcomed. I would 100% recommend this nursery to everyone. Overall couldn't ask for a better nursery!

Very happy with the care my child received while at Treetops Grove. Very friendly staff team who helped my child settle in the nursery. Always different events to join in with and the Management team are also amazing. The garden is beautiful and a great space for the children to explore outdoors and the natural environment!

Wouldn't even leave my dog there . I used their services few years ago but I dont think their ethos have changed . I wish I'd complained to social services at that time . They took my child outside when it was-2 without her winter coat , too lazy . They later admitted it to the father. They said they put layers on the baby . Another time they let her stew in her fever all day. She was not responding when i picked her up after work , as If she was dead. They just removed her clothes and let her sleep all day in her nappies . also they said they couldn't find her woolly hat which was in the sleeve of the coat , she was learning to walk and ended with a huge bruise on her forehead. The manager at that time said : this is a 3 to one service not a 1 to 1 . An ex colleague living opposite also was witness to the neglect of his child . A friend who is a doctor and Muslim was told her child had been refusing to eat . The child had been served pork despite the instructions of the parents not to serve their child meat . This isn't a place to leave your precious kids !!!

My 18 month old son really enjoys this nursery and comes home exhausted but happy. The environment is warm, welcoming and homely. His meals, activity and experiences are varied. The staff are friendly, form really strong bonds with him and create a nice atmosphere. I'd recommend busy bees Headingley to any other parent. :)

Katie, the manager, has been incredibly kind and understanding to our changing circumstances and has helped eased our worries and ensure our daughter has a great time whenever she is there. Our daughter has had fantastic key workers with Emma, Jamilla and Eleanor who have all been engaging, open and kind. Another special mention for the top chef Marcia who is probably our daughters favourite person...she loves the food! Marcia is always friendly and chatty to us as well. Overall a great experience so far for our 18 month old.

Thank you to you and your team for the amazing work you are all doing. Since lockdown began back in March, Busy Bees nursery have consistently provided amazing care for our daughter and the fact that you have remained open during this period has been immeasurably helpful for our family. Aside from allowing us to go to work (university and NHS), staying open has given her the sense of normality and routine that is so important for children of this age. When so many people are having to shut down their services the fact that you have stayed open is a testament to your dedication and recognition of the vital service you are providing as essential. We have always been happy with our daughter going to Busy Bees but now more than ever we are so incredibly grateful to you. Every day she comes she is happy and every time we collect her she has had a good day. She is able to play with her friends and continue her learning and development in the best possible nursery we could have hoped for. Your staff are amazing as they genuinely care about the children and always seem to put kindness and love at the forefront of their jobs. So many times she comes home and talks about what she has done that day and who has looked after her and the fabulous food she has eaten. The garden is the best nursery garden we know, and the thoughtful details that go into making the house and rooms a home for the children are just exactly how things should be. Honestly, we can't recommend you guys enough and we just wanted to share how we felt about it. THANK YOU!!!
