Was very impressed yesterday, when I came to get my bandage changed on my finger. Nurse was most helpful and did a better job than New Cross Hospital. Very down to earth individual, should be more staff like that in the surgery (",) x

The doctors and staff are all helpful and polite we have never had any problems with either thank you all xx

As always treated like an adult .... things are always explained .... staff are always courteous and professional .... excellent service

Absolutely shocking service, rude receptionists and from what I can tell lacking intelligence and common sense. So far health care in Wolverhampton pales in comparison to Birmingham.

I found Dr Ohri's attitude far less than what should have been acceptable. Very dismissive, rushed and did not listen to to my concerns. Unfriendly with no empathy whatsoever.
