First impressions. I was asked by my mother to make her appointment to see the doctor. I phoned early afternoon and explained whether my mum needed to come in to see the Dr or get a referral. Lovely receptionist said I will sort it out for me. I rang back 3 hours later.. They had rang my mum and given her a drs appointment . We went to the appointment together which is a first for me. Booked in, made very welcoming dr, came out to greet us. Also spoke to the nurse and receptionist for flu jab. Appointed made very quickly. Mums getting now !!! Spoke to lovely Chropodist. Sorted. I want to say what a superb surgery. That's really to down to the amazing staff that work entilisily hard to keep it going. Lovely, bubbly staff. Keep up the good work Burslem health centre. I wanted to write this review due to a fantastic service. Respect and manners go along way.
