Burngreave Surgery sheffield

Id give it no stars if i could. Its hardly ever open and when it is there are never any doctors there. The doctors are useless ive been told numerous times "ooh i dont know what that could be, lets leave that problem for now". And that is when you can actually get an appointment, i got in contact with them every day for a week, phoning first thing in the morning as soon as they open only to be told there are no appointments. How is this possible when you can only get an appointment on the day ? Do i have to actually die before i get seen by a doctor? I get prescriptions sent to the wrong place or not done at all and have to wait a month to get an appointment with the nurse. Definitely do not registered here.

I've been a patient at Burngreave surgery since 2004. I have always found reception staff, nurses and doctors to be very professional. They are very friendly and very patient with everyone. If you have been to Burngreave surgery you will know what I am talking about. Doctors have always been first class, they take their time to listen to you as an individual not as a target they have to meet. All in all myself and family are all happy about the services we have receive and continue to receive.

I have been a patient at this practice since birth ,I have never had reason to complain about anything ,I have mostly visited Dr Mooney or Dr Beattie lovely people and excellent doctors ,the girls in reception are all great and helpful ,sure the booking system is a joke ,can't be great at everything can they .

Lady at reception is very rude. Speaks so loud so eveyone can hear ur problem. Not professional at all my first time as a new patient at the surgery so didnt eally make me feel welcome or explained what time you have to call for a appointment etc so rude.

When you manage to get an appointment then they are very helpful and will get you what you need. Unfortunately, if you need an appointment on the day, you have to phone at exactly opening time or risk not getting it. The receptionists can be a bit rude sometimes as well.

Very helpful reception, Dr's excellent, they seem to care about you and go the extra mile, no complaints whatever

they are brilliant all of them and reception staff are friendly and helpful towards patients some new doctors which im unsure of but they all work hard

The phone system is shocking trying to get an appointment the receptionist picks up one time then hangs up after iv been in a que for half an hour

I have been with burngreave surgery for 9 years but can hardly get an appointment n even for a doctor to call u back they tel u to call next day to make an appointment when i called next day at 8:30 in morning they tell me its full call the next day again doctor's and staff are ok 👌 3rd world surgery 😊
