First time staying at Burnett Riverside. The room was great and bed so comfortable. Location is great also. Unfortunately the fridge hadn’t been checked from previous visitors and kettle was grubby. Reception staff quickly sorted this out for me. The service at front reception was great. Unfortunately the service in the attached bar/restaurant was terrible.

Good venue, booked a king bedroom and very comfortable bed/pillow with great size room. Ate at the restaurant, lovely looking out over the river and food/service very good. Would stay again.

Room was clean and spacious with a small balcony. Beds were comfortable. Walls very thin and could hear "everything" in the next room which made it a bit difficult to get to sleep. They need to space out guests a bit more for some privacy. Local hoons used the road out front all night as a drag strip so noise was an issue. Restaurant attached to hotel was closed.

Staff are wonderful, cheerful ( even at 7am) and helpful. Bec....you are a wonderful asset to the Burnett Riverside Hotel and the H20 restaurant. Chirpy and helpful. I thank you for your assistance even when the restaurant was closed, you still served me with a smile. Thank you. Reception staff were amazing, up for a little chat on my way through and a laugh or two as well. The restaurant menu is okay but in my own personal opinion....lacks some healthy options like a nice caesar salad or basic options like chicken chips and salad. A kids menu would be welcomed on the menu too. Very accommodating to what is needed, and very flexible with changed to bookings and rooms. A bin in the rooms would be helpful. Great job to you all for making my extended work stay a pleasure. Thank you

The accommodation was great. Shae on reception was friendly and very welcoming - the room was clean and had a lovely view of the river. The restaurant (H20) however was a completely different story. Although the venue and view was lovely … this was the worst service that I have ever experienced. Meals and drinks were being delivered to incorrect tables (this wasn’t just us) - and we had items on our bill that we didn’t even order. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration but I was so upset by the end of the night. One staff member was so rude!! I would suggest going to the pub across the road or the RSL down the road.
