I called up the Medical Centre to ask for information on how I could register as a patient as I'm not currently registered anywhere in Derby and do in fact need an appointment urgently. When the receptionist answered and I asked how to register, her response was 'Did you not listen to the automated machine saying we're only dealing with urgent enquiries?'. She didn't give me a chance to explain why I need an appointment. The automated machine asks that we deal with staff in a polite manner, it works both ways! Needless to say I have no interest in registering here now.
