Good for an appointment in a pinch. You will never ever be seen on time. The staff will lie to you about how late they're running, and make no apologies or pleasantries about it.

Excellent experience here, had a few hiccups with private prescriptions and blood test results that have been sorted out quickly and efficiently, especially by Dr Gregg and Natalie. Friendly staff and never overly long wait times.

Reception staff and doctors are extremely helpful and friendly. Never had a problem with being able to book a same day appointment, and reception staff seem happy to help. The doctors and nurses I have seen have been lovely, and very thorough! They are obviously very busy and are trying their best, during especially difficult times!

Great surgery, reflected by the GP Patient Survey 2021. I've been here for 20 years and although (emergencies aside) it's hard to get an appointment at the drop of a hat (redial, redial, redial due to patient numbers!) there's always the app which a few problems aside I've found reliable. Doctors are superb, were brilliant during Covid. 👍

Dear Burley Park Medical Centre, Firstly, can I just say thank you to you all. You have and continue to, provide an excellent and patient centred care. This is despite the most challenging times that NHS services have faced. Secondly, I would like to say a massive thank you to these staff in particular, as they have really took the time to deal with anything I have rung up for. These are; Debbie, Mandy and Bayleigh who are the most helpful, patient centered admin staff I have ever spoken with! They are a credit to the surgery and the NHS. Dr Lough and Lynne White have been absolutely amazing clinicians and I have felt put at ease and have had felt listened too and helped and treatment plans put in place. Again, they are both an absolute credit to their profession and the NHS. Thank you, team Burley Park Medical Centre for all your help and support, you have been amazing (I don’t even mind listening to Dr Lawton’s wonderful greeting haha) Thank you again Best wishes Steven Webb
