Only very good experiences at this surgery. Friendly and welcoming Reception staff. Highly professional nurses. Doctors are caring and searching in their treatments. Boots chemist adjacent to surgery. Warm and clean. Reasonably punctual appointments. The target standard for the NHS.

While it does have its fair share of issues, I feel it's important to congratulate the reception staff for their help and always going above and beyond to assist me with any problems I may have. Excellent service.

They moan about you smoking so you decide to quit and then they lose the prescriptions. Thus making you wait longer and longer. One receptionist is exceptionally rude. How she got the job is beyond me. The doctors and nurses are all very friendly though hence the 3 stars. Maybe get rid of the obnoxious staff and the idiots that lose prescriptions.

The only doctors I can recommend are Dr Hall, Dr Shetty, they are the only ones I can really get on with. I wouldn't recommend Dr Silson to anyone, she doesn't like to help my daughter who has mental health problems and DDD ( Degenerative Disc Disease) and tried to take her off her medication which is something that shouldn't be done without the say so of my daughters mental health team and told my daughter that her ptsd can be sorted by being more positive. There is only one nurse I would recommend but I can't remember her name unfortunately. I have no problems with Dr Hall or Dr Shetty and are the best ones there. Its a shame Dr Thakkar retired cos he was amazing and so caring.

I have been a rather frequent visitor to your nurse practitioner Ina in the last few weeks, and have had excellent care during a difficult time. I find her most reassuring, welcoming and caring. Thank you!

Dr Shetty has been so helpful this past year with an ongoing issue I’ve had, he’s really shown interest to solve this and explored all options with me. It’s not often you get a doctor who genuinely helps! Thanks as always 😊

WOW. this surgery is ripe for a reality documentary. It shows the absolute worst of the NHS. I really feel for the care professionals, Knowing all their good work is being Jeopardised by shocking receptionist whom I witnessed enjoying a laugh at patients expense.

3/ 5

Receptionists can often come across as rude and seem to think that they are the doctors and decide whether or not you're worthy of having an appointment. But, a big hats off to Dr Hall, if it wasn't for her, the surgery would be a complete mess and there would be hardly any decent doctors there. I've been seeing Dr Hall since I was 2 years old, I'm now almost 23. She has always been so amazing to me and very helpful. I recently had a PIP appeal and if it wasn't for her, I would be royally screwed. Dr Shetty is also a very good doctor. The WORST doctor there though has to be Dr Silson. She is condescending, rude, no empathy at all and doesn't seem to realise when she is hurting someone's feelings. Many years ago, I was severely underweight due to an eating disorder, and I was undergoing investigation for my back problems which turned out to be degenerative disc disorder, sciatica, spondylosis and hyperalgesia. However at the time I was 17 and didn't have any of these diagnosis. I saw her about it and she told me to exercise more and loose some weight to help with me back. Keep in mind that I was 42kg, with a BMI of around 15. And she told me to loose weight and exercise. Despite the fact she could see that I was very underweight. What she said to me that day was dangerous. To this day, I refuse to ever see her again. And I know I am not the first person she has made these sort of comments to. She said something similar to my girlfriend too on multiple occasions in the past 2 years, causing it to really affect her to the point where she would refuse to eat and I was the one who had to convince her to eat and that we all need to eat, despite struggling with eating issues myself. She blames everything on weight.
