The sales assistants were very helpful and pleasant, providing me lots of coats to try; multiple sizes, styles and colours until I found the one I liked. It needed a bit of additional tailoring which was measured in store and arranged. It took less than 2 working days before the sleeves had been shortened to my specifications and the coat had been delivered. Overall the service was great, really helpful and very quick especially considering the coat needed additional tailoring. The aftercare has been really good too. Can’t fault them.

The SA who was an oriental woman wearing too makeup was rude. She never smiled, wrapped my items nicely or said good bye. All she did was being hostile to us and miserable. Not worth going. I can guarantee that you will come out of the store disgusted like we did.

Great place to shop the latest collection. Shout out to Vlad for helping me feel at ease as I left my shopping bags and browsed the store. He was really helpful when I asked to try on different size sweatshirts.

Went in to buy the new season backpack, as I fell in love with it the moment I saw it drop. When I went in store to enquire the woman who was 'helping' me was rude. Kept on reminding me of the price over and over, as if to say I was someone who couldn't afford it. Why would I go in store, and ask specifically for an item to BUY, if I wasn't going to be able to afford it? She then proceeded to tell me to "wait whilst I serve this other customer". Blunt, judgemental and rude. I pulled out £3,000 in cash and said I'm going to go to a store that actually appreciates my custom (to get my own back). Only then, the 'sir' and enthusiasm came to life. I left the store and headed over to LV directly adjacent who were lovely. Won't be coming back, nor will I be wearing Burberry again.

Polite and courteous and welcoming staff, and a lovely boutique also. I had ordered in a scarf. Having been to the Regent street store in London having spent a couple of thousand they could certainly learn a thing or two from the Manchester store.

Where can I start. As I stepped into the store we were asked 'are you lost' as if we didnt belong there. While browsing the store we were followed by a series of employees, signalling to each other of our presence, as if we were aliens. As a matter of fact, I went into the shop solely for the purpose of buying a trench coat from them, but due to the appalling customer judgement and racial profiling, I left feeling worse then when I entered the shop. It's hard to think that in this day and age racial discrimination still exists. I hope that they can sleep well at night knowing they made my day a living nightmare. NEVER SHOP HERE
