Made a simple request to have a couple of blood tests done weekly, was well aware this would not be cheap. Firstly took ages to get through to the centre, left messages that were not returned. Eventually got a response which I felt was unsatisfactory, not helpful so took my business elsewhere.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Take my advice do NOT use this company FULL STOP - it's easy enough to find alternatives locally. The staff are rude yet very well versed in the art of extracting customers hard earned money but when a complaint is made it quickly becomes obvious where staff members' sense of entitlement and poor customer service originate from once matters are escalated to Carly Cryer, the Bupa Manchester branch manager. Following my complaint rebuttal, I was actively directed to post my experience on Bupa's Google review page in a final act of defiance which given the existing review rating and content, was perhaps poor judgment on her behalf! So there you have it, amazingly Bupa staff actively seek negative Google reviews!!
